New Causes of Action
We have the expertise to recognize
new issues while analyzing documents. In the process of studying the evidence, potential
new causes of action may become apparent and we promptly notify the legal team.

Trial
Exhibits
We assist the legal team in
selecting documents to be used as trial exhibits. We can prepare the trial exhibit
list from our database. Additional documents are maintained and reserved for impeachment
or rebuttal.

Case
Position Analysis
To make a good case, the evidence
must be strong. We work with the legal team to determine the relative value of certain
positions in the case based on whether there is enough substantial evidence to support
them.

Subject
Matter Modules
We can respond to a request
by the legal team for all documents that pertain to an issue and prepare an issue-specific
module. We utilize the database to search for the subject documents. An issue analysis
report is prepared upon request, sourcing the supporting documents.

Witness
Depositions
To prepare for a witness deposition,
we retrieve all documents and search all transcripts from the database for information
relevant to that witness. This subset of documents is reviewed with the legal team
to prepare the deposition exhibits. Deposition exhibit binders are maintained and
the exhibits are incorporated into the case chronological document set. Deposition
transcripts are incorporated into the database.

Hearings
We have substantial experience
assisting legal teams in preparing documents and evidence to support pretrial motions,
from motions to dismiss to motions for summary judgement and/or adjudication.

Post-Trial
Motions and Appeals
We also have extensive experience
in assembling evidence to support post-trial motions, appeals and assembly of the
records on appeal. In preparing an appellate brief, we can assist the legal team
by providing review of the supporting facts and the appropriate cites to the record.
